The 6AWG Extra Flexible Silicone Wire is engineered for high-current electrical systems where conventional heavy-gauge cables can be difficult to bend, route, or install.
Using a high strand-count 0.08mm fine copper conductor, this wire combines substantial current-carrying capability with exceptional flexibility. The fine-strand construction allows the cable to bend more easily around batteries, terminals, busbars, power equipment, and confined installation areas.
For demanding power applications, the conductor can be manufactured with tinned copper, providing improved corrosion resistance and reliable soldering performance. The silicone rubber insulation remains soft across a wide temperature range while providing excellent resistance to heat, aging, and environmental stress.
Unlike the smaller gauges in our flexible silicone wire range, the 6AWG version is positioned for high-current power transmission rather than low-power electronic wiring.
